Bahrain’s Daleel Expands to UAE, Strengthening Personalised Finance Market

Daleel, a Bahrain-founded personalised financial marketplace, has officially expanded into the UAE, marking a significant milestone in its regional growth. The launch event was held at Visa’s CEMEA Market Support Center in Dubai.
Daleel recently secured first place and $40,000 in funding at the 2023 Visa Everywhere Initiative finals in Saudi Arabia. Backed by investors such as Flat6Labs and Salica, the platform simplifies financial decision-making by using data-driven technology to match customers with trusted financial institutions and products in seconds.
As part of its long-term strategy, Daleel aims to secure an open finance license by 2025 to enhance integration and improve user experience.
“Launching in the UAE is a landmark moment for the company, and we are pleased to do so alongside Visa, who have championed us from the start. There is a real demand across the region for personalised finance, and we believe this is the right time to expand our marketplace to connect more customers with the best financial solutions,” said PK Shrivastava, CEO and Co-Founder of Daleel.
Salima Gutieva, Visa’s VP and Country Manager for UAE, welcomed the expansion:
“We are delighted to see Daleel scale into a regional fintech player. Technology that enhances financial decision-making while fostering trust and transparency is crucial, and we look forward to seeing Daleel drive innovation in this space.”
